'Base Camp Pelagic' steaming through the Neumayeur Channel. Taken from Anvers Island looking east, Weincke Island is just one of our many playgrounds - a paradise with easy terrain for ski touring ascents or for hard mixed climbing.

Ski mountaineering (ski randonnee) is how we access the mountains from Pelagic. You just put your skis on at the shore and go.

Either as a means of travel to reach an objective or as an end itself, ski touring in this landscape is unique and hard to beat.
