Traverse of the Southern Patagonian Ice Caps

Pelagic was logistic support vessel for a Swiss Italian team who traversed both the northern and southern ice caps including an ascent of Cerro San Valentin. Dropped off in Laguna San Rafael for the northern section, we would pick them up 12 days later near Rio Baker for a rest and re-supply. We then dropped them off near the Jorge Montt glacier for their attempt on the southern section. They eventually bailed out into Argentina after 50 days on the go.
